Your spa hotel: Discover the family-run Hotel Napsugár, situated slightly elevated on a quiet side street, just a 15-minute walk above the thermal lake set in a spacious park. The town centre of Hévíz is only about 500 m away. Lake Balaton, one of the region's most popular attractions, is just 10 km away.
Additional information: Please note that from 9.6.-11.6. the gas supply in the municipality will be interrupted from 6.00 am, and therefore there will be no hot water available in the hotel. For this reason, treatments will also not be possible on these days. Local tax: approx. 1.80 €/day, per person, from 18 years, to be paid on site. Free parking subject to availability. Spa area: Hotel's own spa department with medical practice and physiotherapists, treatments take place Monday to Friday, but not on Hungarian public holidays. Wide range of treatments including wraps, ultrasound, iontophoresis, underwater massage, diadynamic, interference and stimulation current, Stanger, four-cell and whirlpool baths. Sauna.
The water of the thermal lake contains sulphur, radium, carbon dioxide, calcium, magnesium and has slightly radioactive properties. Due to the strong steam development, it becomes a huge outdoor inhalatorium in winter. The mud at the lake bottom contains organic and inorganic components, sulphur and radium salts.
